You may have heard about my ultimate dream while watching MasterChef... I want to start a small, organic, sustainable guestfarm on the Big Island of Hawaii, where tourists can visit for the day or stay overnight in tree houses for as long as they like. The farm will source a small cafe and brewery on site, where my friends and I will serve up the freshest food and beer from 100% local, sustainable ingredients.
